With the FITS/eMobility Cloud® you can manage your vehicle pool with the Corporate Carsharing module. The aim is to better utilise the vehicle pool and reduce costs in the fleet. This makes sense not only economically, but also ecologically.
Our platform provides the prerequisite for organising vehicle pooling efficiently. The technical functions are available to the fleet manager on the management platform. He can identify vehicles with low utilisation rates and activate them for corporate car sharing. In the reservation portal, the employee can then organise his or her own mobility with the released car sharing vehicles and make bookings and reservations.
Reservation portal
Reserve the next available pool vehicle in your vicinity for a specific period in the portal or via the user application. Get an overview of all existing reservations in a central calendar in the FITS/eMobility Cloud® portal.
Booking calendar
With the booking calendar, fleet managers always have an overview of all bookings and current, future reservations in the management portal.
Integration into the fleet management
The fleet manager can flexibly assign vehicles from his fleet to the vehicle pool or remove them again.
Keyless technology
Open your vehicle without a key using the user application. Then start the vehicle without any further follow-up action.
