Software for charging infrastructure - the FITS/eMobility Cloud®
The FITS/eMobility Cloud® provides you with a management platform for your entire e-charging park. Our management software as OCPP backend enables you to monitor and remotely maintain your e-charging stations. This means you can check the status of your e-charging stations at any time, but are also notified in the event of faults. Further functions such as the billing of charging processes or the integration in SAP® enable the digitalisation of your processes.

The FITS/eMobilityCloud® - Create charging infrastructure and master data
Connection of e-charging points from different manufacturers. The e-charging points are connected using the standard OCPP. This allows the user to control, monitor and manage the charging infrastructure via the FITS/eMobility Cloud®.
Access to the e-charging point can be made in various ways:
- RFID charging card or tag
- Third-party charging card (roaming)
- QR code
Various user groups can be admitted and blocked via our administration portal.
Charging processes can be billed for ad-hoc charging processes via direct payment (credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.) or contract-based with RFID charging card (including own RFID card, third-party charging card (roaming)) via SEPA direct debit. The FITS/eMobility Cloud® also supports the free charging of employees at all company charging stations as well as the billing of private charging processes of employees. The integration of the billing processes into your business management system is also possible through the use of a standard interface (e.g. SAP® ERP, SAP® S/4HANA, etc.).
The charging of fleet management vehicles can be optimised and controlled through integration in our Fleet Management module. Through Connected Car, the charging status of the vehicles is known at all times and can be taken into account when reserving vehicles via our Corporate Carsharing module. In this way, the user is always provided with a sufficiently charged vehicle.
With the help of the charging and load management, it can be automatically decided according to various criteria which vehicles are charged at which time. Due to the prioritisation and the different parking and charging times, the vehicles are charged at different times, whereby the infrastructure is optimally used. In this way, the charging management regulates the charging performance and prioritisation of the charging stations.
Operators of e-charging stations can use the FITS/eMobility Cloud® to offer the reservation of their stations as a service in order to price them on a charging point-specific basis. The parking spaces are managed with the "Smart Parking" module and linked to the associated charging station. Furthermore, the parking spaces can be additionally equipped with displays to show the reservation, and other sensors such as RFID/NFC scans etc. can be used for authorisation.
Record fault messages for individual charging stations with the mobile end device and carry out initial maintenance via remote command. In the event of an emergency, inform your electrician directly via automated notifications.
Remote access to the charging stations for configuration or maintenance, as well as for manually starting or stopping a charging process. Use the remote maintenance option via remote commands to access the charging stations conveniently and from anywhere. You can start or stop charging processes, as well as import updates or configurations to the charging stations.
Dashboard for displaying different KPIs, such as average consumption or charging times, as well as the display of fault messages and energy quantities.
Export data such as charging processes, fault messages or RFID cards in the standard file formats .csv or .pdf. There is also the option of direct SAP integration for further use of the charging data or integration in the maintenance processes for direct creation of a new message in the ERP system.
With our FITS/eMobility Cloud® you have the possibility to manage charging stations that comply with calibration laws. With charging stations that comply with calibration laws, charging stations are no longer charged at a flat rate, but by the kilowatt hour. With the help of this method, it is possible to transparently track how much energy a charging process has drawn at a charging station.
You can view the signed values in the FITS/eMobility Cloud®, in the charging processes, and download them as a PDF or CSV file.
